Psittacus Mini Hand Feeding – formula for hand-rearing small parrot chicks
Psittacus Mini Hand Feeding is a complete formula for hand-feeding small parrot chicks during their growth period. It is especially suitable for budgerigars, cockatiels, lovebirds (Agapornis), neophemas and Galahs.
The formula is intended for use from the appearance of the first pin feathers until the chick begins eating independently. Its balanced composition provides the nutrients chicks need for growth.

Feeding recommendations: Prepare the formula with lukewarm water to make a mixture with approximately 25% dry matter. For example, it can usually be introduced to cockatiels at around two weeks of age.
Psittacus Psittacine Crop Milk formula is intended for younger chicks. During weaning, gradually transition to Psittacus Mini food.
The manufacturer recommends feeding with a soft feeding tube. This product is intended for specialised hand-feeding of parrot chicks and requires appropriate knowledge and experience.
